I had the pleasure of working with my clients Amy and Sing on their wedding invitation design and theme. Amy wanted a simple and unique wedding invitation designed around the colors of their wedding theme which was pink and purple. After going through a few different concepts and drafts, she decided on a horizontal fold card design with a custom illustration of her and her fiancé on the cover. When it came to printing, I worked with both Amy and the printing company on paper selection to make the card a little more unique. We selected a metalic white champaign card stock to produce the cards on since it had a very subtle sheen that also made the colors more vibrant. I also select an envelope with a similar metalic sheen coating to match that of the cardstock. After designing the invitations, I designed the name cards and table cards following the designs of the invitation and worked with a third party photobooth vendor to produce a matching photobooth template. All the materials except for the photobooth photos were printed on 67lb metalic white champaign card stock.
Linda really went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the designs, from executing concepts into designs to working with various 3rd party vendors to make sure everything matched the invitation theme. Everyone loved the invitations!Amy
